    The Fomaco M2 provides precise injection with minimal brine return, maximum needle control to minimize injection errors, a centrifugal pump to ensure constant brine distribution and an F-80 cartridge type filter to ensure no needle clogging.
    The M2 series is hygienic to manufacture and easy to clean and offers a variety of nozzle sizes to suit the width of transport systems. Intuitive settings for pump pressure and production speed, as well as constant brine temperature reading, ensure precise and optimal food production.

    Precise injection. Minimum amount of brine return
    The M2 activates the needle head valves individually, injecting only when the needles are in the product, significantly reducing the amount of return brine or marinade.

    Maximum control
    The sectionalized stripper legs follow the contours of the product and prevent it from moving when the needles are retracted. This also ensures even needle placement and prevents double or no product injection.

    Uniform brine distribution
    The high-performance centrifugal pump generates constant brine pressure, ensuring even brine distribution - regardless of product size or needle count.

    No needle clogging
    The standard M2 injector comes with an F-80 cartridge filter. However, you can upgrade to the FM 80, a fully self-cleaning protein filter uniquely designed to remove all impurities in the brine and prevent clogging of the fine needle holes. This also ensures even brine distribution, improving overall product quality.

    Cleaning made easy
    Thanks to a number of special features, cleaning the M2 series is thorough and quick:

    Everything is made of stainless steel and plastic approved for use in the food industry.
    All electrical components are fully protected in a separate IP 68 enclosure, so no special care is required when cleaning the machine.
    The needles can be removed and installed without the use of tools.
    The conveyor can be easily removed without tools and a separate washing rack is provided for this purpose.
    The conveyor frame itself has a quick release system for easy cleaning.
    User-friendly control panel
    Intuitive settings for pump pressure and production speed as well as constant brine temperature readout ensure precise and optimal product production.
