Description

The vacuum tumbler brand name is Nu-meat Technologies (later Thiele). Model is a T2000.

The injector was made by Metalquimia.

Both are 240 v 3 phase, 100% stainless steel construction.

The tumbler was manufactured in 1997. It’s in good condition. Vacuum pump works fine. (These are typically an issue)

The machine was in use until mid 2019. As a matter of fact, we used for a couple days prior to removing it from the plant.

The tumbler is in storage, two pieces. We had to remove the barrel to move it. Stored in a nice, dry area.

We loaded it with 2,000 lbs of bone in or boneless hams.

Model # 12000. 220-240 V, 3P

All stainless steel construction.

The injector goes with the machine.

Load on one side, eject on the other.
