The FSL210 is a machine for flexible and precise portioning, joining and separating sausages in natural, collagen and cellulose casings.
Flexible production
Every sausage is different and every product is processed differently. Here the FSL210 shows what it can do. The caliber and weight are set. Data is entered using the intuitive control unit on the vacuum filler or a separate control unit on the FSL210. The stored data can be recalled by simply changing the program. And the length? The length is calculated automatically by the machine - and it connects the sausage at the right point, without additional programming. Just a flexible and fully automatic system, no matter what length the sausage needs to be. So you can use the FSL210 straight away. If, however, you prefer a different length, for example to produce sausages with incomplete fillings or to adapt the product to existing packaging, the setting can be changed manually. Almost anything is possible. The integrated separation unit separates the sausage at the right point. This machine can do everything. And if a different caliber product is being processed or the weight needs to be changed? It's just as easy. Just set the weight or caliber again, the length is automatically calculated and the sausage is joined at the right point. And this at a speed of up to 800 portions per minute. The number of links can also be adjusted. Whether fresh sausage for grilling, merguez, chorizo or breakfast sausage: the links will be just right. And the optional natural casing recognition function will ensure more efficient use of casing, resulting in lower casing costs and higher profits.
Flexible transport belts
These are responsible for almost everything: transportation as well as clamping the sausage during twisting. This is what makes the FSL210 so flexible - any length of sausage can be made. Three pairs of belts guarantee perfect consistency. After the dressing belt, the second pair of belts takes the sausage to stretch the dressing point, fixes the optimum cutting point and ensures a more precise cut, guaranteeing a clean cut result for all types of casings.
Flexible blade use
An option, not a necessity. Whether the FSL210 is bringing a chain of sausages or individual sausages to the stuffing table, the precision blade separates the sausages from each other as required. Regardless of whether individual sausages, pairs or large chains are separated, the process is fully automatic, fast and precise. This provides even greater flexibility for even more applications.
The easily accessible knife drawer and the easy cleaning and quick replacement of knives contribute to increased productivity. The cutting technology used is tried and tested.
Flexible body length
Machine sensors monitor the filling process. The FSL210's built-in intelligence independently recognizes the end of the casing (optional). Cases where the vacuum filler starts too early or delays in stopping when the last portion goes to waste are now a thing of the past. The machine delivers clean, high-speed operation - exactly as it should be.
