    The RVF 760 meets all the requirements of industrial meat processing. The sleek and hygienic compact machine housing is self-supporting and made entirely of high-quality stainless steel. The design of the drain device in the rotor mechanism allows for automatic drainage of liquid when washing the equipment.

    The large-diameter gib (rotor-plate) feeding mechanism with a reinforced design guarantees exceptional portioning accuracy in long-term operation, as well as provides gentle movement of raw materials, preventing its squeezing, lubrication and breaking of fibers, which is especially important when filling structural minced meat and minced meat with large meat inclusions. The rotors are optionally equipped with 8, 12 or 14 gates, as well as 14 gates, of which 7 are plugs.

    The fillers are equipped with a lifting and tipping loading device for standard 200 liter carts. The hopper is equipped with a feed screw, which ensures optimum drawing of liquid and viscous masses by the rotor. Serial execution of the control unit - sensor screen guarantees ease of maintenance and allows synchronizing the syringe operation with connected peripheral devices: various clippers and other attachments.
