•Lighter Weight - The Global unit is lighter and cuts down dramatically on noise, bearing usage, and shaft/ bearing housing replacements.

•Aggressiveness – The aggressive surface of the plate is easily adjusted to give you the proper combination of product yield and texture. It can be set to be more or less aggressive than the OEM plate. This plate will clean all cattle species.

•Sanitation - The plate can be cleaned in less than half the time as the OEM style (truly cleaned – virtually impossible with the grit style.) Sanitation supply usage is less.

•Life Span – Since the plate is made of solid SS and has not pumice it can last for more than 1 year.

•SS Hub – Solid SS, removable, no rust.
