    This unit has 2 independent chambers for dry curing meat products. The left side needs a new compressor and the right side has a leek in the fridge line. Estimated repairs and parts is 3K-7K. Possibly cheaper in the USA due to availability.

    I've owned it for about 6 years and purchased it new from an Enviro-Pak rep. When working, it is a great machine. Designed for making salami and Italian style dry cured meats but with some modifications it could be used to dry age beef.
