    Description

    Smoke house was bought and realized it was just too big for our operation.

    The unit comes with the smoke generator and a truck and sticks for the truck. I have the manual right from Koch for the unit and charting and smoke generator.

    Also you will need three phase to to run it under full load it draws 85 amps and at resistant at 67 amps and at inductive it draws 18. It uses a total of 81,935 BTU/hour and 24 kilowatts/hour
