1 Used Mettler Toledo – Safeline X-Ray Inspection for Tall, Rigid Containers. Unit was originally manufactured in 2019 and was last used in Nutraceutical facility packaging infant formula into tins. Can detect contaminants including glass, metal, calcified bone, high-density plastics and rubbers. Each contaminant can be detected in a range of packaging types such as metal cans, glass and plastic containers, stand-up-pouches, (doypacks), cartons and composite cans/tubes. Products include infant foods, dairy beverages, fruits and vegetables, meat, fish and seafood, ready meals, pharmaceutical and pet food.

The X37 Series offers horizontal single beam and split beam for different inspection requirements to ensure reliable and consistent inspection for all types of tall rigid containers.

Hi throughput levels up to 1,200 containers per minute can be achieved, depending on application.
While detecting contaminants, the X37 can perform product integrity checks simultaneously, including:
• Inspection fill levels and measuring head space
• Detecting missing closures
• Rejecting damaged packaging
• Detecting agglomerates such as flavour and powder lumps

Come with infeed and outfeed motorized conveyor, lockable reject, large access hatches for improved access, magnetic safety switches, LED lighting in tunnel for better visibility, robust LED touch screen suitable for high pressure washdown, (NEMA PW12) and robust tubular hygienic frame design which allows water to roll off during cleaning.

Electrics: 1/60/120 volts, 10 amps. Requires 80 psi air. Uses 134A refrigerant.
