Description: Food grade compliant for sintering of salt mixtures to final particle size of 100-200 micron. Process material was NaCl, MgSO4, and CaSO4. Feed rate of 45-50kg/h (based on a 8 minute R.T.) with particle sizes of 6 micron at 0.4g/cm3 average. Static air atmosphere, other than convection with an operating temp of 600 degrees C with a specific heat of 854J/kg-K. Construction for process contacting parts is 304L and 316L stainless steel (greater than 75%) with a 2B finish.
