This Material Transfer & Storage (MTS) Material Master™ Bulk Bag Conditioning System is a heavy-duty hydraulic bag conditioner designed to break up, loosen, and rehabilitate compacted powders inside bulk bags (FIBC / Super Sacks). Ideal for food, chemical, plastics, nutraceutical, and specialty material processors who deal with hardened, moisture-affected, or densely packed powders.

The system features dual hydraulic conditioning paddles, a sliding powered table, an integrated operator control panel, and a steel safety enclosure with clear side panels. The hydraulic paddles deliver controlled compressive force to all sides of the bag, restoring material flowability before unloading.

This unit is equipped with a modern control cabinet including Allen-Bradley PowerFlex VFD, PLC-based wiring, safety relays, and interlocks.

Units of this type are rare on the used market and are typically used upstream of bulk bag unloaders to prevent rat-holing, bridging, clumping, and inconsistent material discharge.
