Description

Three stage hammer mill with stainless steel chamber and hammers, chamber opening measures 22in x 16in.

Stage-one includes (2) 2.5in diameter rotors with (6) rows of 3/8in thick overlapping-welded hammers on 2in spacing, (5) hammers in each row.

Stage-two includes (10) rows of curved-hook blades on approximately 1.5in spacing.

Stage 1 & 2 are driven by a shared 5 HP, 220/440V gearmotor through chain & sprocket assemblies for both stages.

Stage-three includes (7) rows of approximately 3/8in thick hammers on common shaft.

Previously driven by 150 HP, 1800 RPM direct connect motor (does not include drive).

Bottom section includes mild steel screen with 3/16in perforations.
