Description

2019 Beautiful Gently Used Bohle BTM150 Mill. Suitable for R&D or batch production. Will mill powders, agglomerates and granules, frequently used to re-mill fragmented tablets. All stainless steel 316 stainless steel contact parts and 304 stainless covers. Variable speed drive from 600~6,000 rpm provides production output for up to 1,500kg per hour. Fitted with variable speed automatic dispensing unit (rotary feeder) that controls the powder flow in the milling chamber without overloading. Reversing mill rotor with two functions that support applications of both wet and dry products. Knife side chops sticky or soft products, hammer side used for crushing harder dry products. Integrated mobile lifting column allows the outlet height to change from 847~1706mm. 7" Siemens Simatic HMI controls with recipe management. PDF print function via USB port. Fitted with 0.4mm perforated screen. Sealed magnetic safety switch on mill door & inlet chutes.
