Description

Gericke NBS 300/450 granulator sieve mill, also known as a Gericke Nibbler, designed for size reduction and recycling of agglomerates, lumps, and granules in bulk processing. Unit operates with a rotor fitted with four blades for cutting action against a perforated screen. Features a 300 mm x 350 mm (approx. 11.8in x 13.8in) inlet section with 22 mm (0.87in) mesh size. Constructed of stainless steel with inspection and access doors, mounted on a mobile stainless steel frame with casters. Driven by a 3.7 kW (5 HP) motor, 460-volt, 60 Hz, 3-phase electricals. Maximum throughput up to 12,000 liters per hour (approx. 3,170 gallons/hour), depending on product and output size. Serial 1438.
