Electrical: Motor starter control with start/stop and reset switches in a NEMA 4X stainless steel

enclosure mounted to upright on skid

Rotor/Stator: 316 stainless steel Rotor and Stator; serrated surface finish (R-2, S-2)
Seal type: Double Flush Mechanical Seal with carbon ceramic for non abrasive duty, or silicon

carbide for abrasive duty. Choice of elastomers: Buna, Viton, or EPDM.

Gap Adj: Rotor/Stator gap is adjusted in 1/1000 inch increments by calibrated indicating ring and

adjusting lever

Connections: Inlet and discharge furnished with Tri-clamp, stainless fittings

Base: 304 stainless steel tubular base plate with feet and 6 inches of clearance for forks;

tubing will be 2 inch square with 1/4 inch wall thickness

Safety: Aluminum polished guards with safety labels will be placed over all rotating components
