Batter Mixer all stainless steel with low feed auger hopper with all safeties with new gear box and motor all stainless steel.

The unit has IFM electronic flow meter to measure the amount of water for a Tempura Mix Batch.

Also has a stainless steel APV CIP pump with sterling 5 HP motor.

Mixer is a Admix Model 80RXDF300 with stainless Baldor motor 1/2 HP.

50 Gal jacketed stainless steel tanks with cooling ports.

Controls are all Allen Bradley the HMI is Panel View Plus 7 with Allen Bradley Compact Logic L18ER PLC. The system is 480 volts with 24 volts control.
