    Description

    Used 300 gallon Aaron sigma blade mixer extruder. Steel construction with jacketed chamber. Serial # 93300150464MX.

    Includes approximately 13″ diameter discharge screw driven by 75 HP AC motor with Fincor model 3160M SCR control. Has Olsun isolation transformer, 460-460Y-266, 93 kVA. Sigma blade mixer portion was driven by a 150 HP AC motor, which is no longer available.

    Includes Benshaw “soft start” reduced voltage starter model RDB6276a5C rated 200 HP @ 480 volt, or 100 HP @ 230 volt and a K-Plus Motortronics variable frequency control model KP1-430, with input volts 380-480 50/60 HZ 3 phase, output volts 390-480 1-180 HZ 3 PH 40 kVA 52 amp. Motor direct connected to Morgan 29.92:1 gear ratio, maximum 600 rpm input.

    Mix chamber 48″ wide X 48″ long X 48″ deep.

    Previously used mixing asphalt, mica, limestone combination.
