Mixer, double ribbon, 100 cubic foot capacity, manufactured by GEM Equipment (Job number 12975 / Drawing number 94117). Stainless steel construction.

Trough measures: 84in long x 42in wide x 53in deep and ribbons measure: 2in wide x 1/2in thick.

Unit has a 6in bottom discharge with a 4in side bottom pneumatic ball valve discharge.

Includes (6) compartment hinged lids and a Sew-Eurodrive 1 HP, 60 Hz, 230/460V, 1751 RPM motor. Complete with start/stop controls and a gearbox.

Previously used in a food operation facility. New in 1994 and belts and gears have been upgraded.
