Product description
The Compact-Mix is a dynamic foam generator for continuous foaming of pumpable liquids from all areas of generals process engineering: from chemical to food industry, from diary and bakery products to textile finishing, from carpets to candy bars. For the injection of additives into the mixing head it is may be equipped with dosing pumps. The basic version with manual air control may also be equipped with different automatic systems, with double-walled rotor, stator, pipes and pumps for cooling / heating, control and further accessories.
Mixing head:
Mixing head stainless steel rotor and stator electric alteration of mixing head speed 1:6
Short head with 570 pins, medium head with 900 pins, long head with 1410 pins.
Hansa Shaft-seal, non contact, sealing system. The air necessary for foaming is used as sealing material. At still-stand a nylon lip seal prevents backflow into air injection room, a double acting mechanical seal (with separate cooling circuit) seals to atmospheric pressure (for 15 years in used with standard mixers).
Pump :
Built in eccentric screw pump, also available with hopper next to the mixer
