Used Maris Model M5 mixer/cooler combination, 500/1200 liter capacity. Serial #1016/80. New approximately 1980. Mixer will accommodate 170 kg of product. Driven by 100 hp motor, with 1200 liter cooler, 500 kg capacity driven by 75 kw 3 phase, 50 cycle, 220-380 volt TEFC motor. Mixer and cooler are mounted on common base. Both are jacketed for heating or cooling. Includes operator control panel, agitator/chopper for assisting in cooler agitation. Has auxiliary cooling block internally installed in the cooler.
