DESCRIPTION:
The mixing and homogenizing machine is the point of reference for a new generation of machines for the continuous preparation of creams. The homogenizer is very versatile and with a large jacketed vessel.

SECTORS OF USE:
Turboemulsifier for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical production of emulsions, creams, ointments, lotions and gels.

MAIN FEATURES:
This type of multishaft mixer contains all the construction features required for an excellent and fast processing and is suitable for mixing liquid products using heat, pressure and mechanical agitation energy to produce homogeneous products for the chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic or food industry. All contact parts are in stainless steel. Turboemulsifier with jacketed 120 liter heated tank, electric cabinet with motor- heating- and vacuum control. The machine is equipped with 2 types of stirrer, one of which is of the anchor type and the other of high speed with dissolving blade. Also ideal for high viscosity products.
