    Description

    DESCRIPTION:
    Tank bottom mixers can be used independently with low viscosity products and to hydrate powders. A high shear immersion tank mixer not only mixes, but can also emulsify, homogenize, solubilize, suspend, disperse and disintegrate solids.

    SECTORS OF USE:
    Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

    MAIN FEATURES:
    The high rotation speed of the rotor blades combined with the manufacturing precision of the work head, exerts a strong suction action that attracts liquid and solid substances from the bottom of the tank, bringing them inside the work head. Subsequently, the centrifugal force produced by the rotating blades pushes the substances towards the peripheral area of the work head, where they are subjected to a millimetric cutting action in the space obtained with high precision and between the end of the rotor blades and the internal wall of the stator. This phase is followed by an intense hydraulic cutting action, causing the subsequent recirculation of the mass in the main body of the mixer. The effect of the horizontal expulsion and the suction in the head produce a circulatory current that minimizes the formation of air due to the turbulence of the liquid on the surface.
