Ross Model HSM-101 Batch High Shear Mixer- 3-phase emulsifier - rotor/ stator, Four (4) blade 2.5in diameter rotor for operation up to 3600 rpm.

Shaft length (from bottom of mounting flange to bottom of stator) is 24.5in.

Unit is direct-driven by a 1.5 HP, explosion proof motor for use with 230/460 VAC, 3-phase, 60 Hz .

All product contact parts are stainless steel type 316 except for the rotor shaft bushing, which is Teflon.

All stainless SS surfaces have a 32 Ra machined finish ready.

Offered with Lenze AC Tech speed controller, type 112N02YXB, voltage inlet 240v, 3ph/60hz, output 230v, 3ph/60hz.
