Description

50 gallon likwifer by Breddo (Ensight Solutions, LLC), model LDT, serial #D-5965 18227. Features all 304 stainless steel USDA design food grade construction, general purpose high speed impeller is directly driven for all stainless steel 15 HP motor, square mixing chamber is apx 24.5 x 24.5" with 18" diameter hinged gasketed cover, removeable manway dump grate, recirculating pump with wash down duty drive feeding from port under mixing impeller and recirculating to top port on likwifier, pump is variable speed from wash down AC frequency speed controller by AC Tech, unit is on casters, all pipe connections are Tri Clover type food grade, factory controls in SS enclosure with disconnect switch, illuminated stop starts and E stop, push handle with top work table and locking casters. Unit has seen less than 6 hours of service in food ingredients.
