Features all stainless steel construction with 316 L stainless steel product contact surfaces with #4 food grade finish, fully jacketed body is National Board rated for 75 PSI @ -20 to 350 degrees F, cone bottom has 15 sq/ft dimple jacket, side walls have single zone 52 sq/ft side wall channel jacket, fully shouded and insulated body, single motion scraper agitator is driven from bridge mounted, inverter duty, 7. 5 horsepower Nord gear motor at 28 RPM, 230/460/3 phase, TEFC design, painted in "steel it" gray, bottom 9.5" diameter DS impeller (APV style) (measures 12" OD) driven through Diequa 1 to 1 right angle gear box from 25 HP motor @ 1800 RPM (not included), 3" bottom discharge with tri clamp connection and 18" floor clearance, dome top with 18" manway with hinged cover, 5-3" top inlets with tri clamp connections, one breather, port for adjustable baffle, internal bottom temperature well, tubular base frame with adjustable leveling feet, new in 2008. Formerly used in food ingredient manufacturing.
