Description

90 CUBIC FOOT SPROUT WALDRON RIBBON – PADDLE BLENDER MODEL B-82. Serial Number 72-1985. Carbon steel. Discharge is on bottom near the non-driven end. Overall length is 141 inches in length and 48 inches wide for shipping. Shipping height is approximately 60 inches. Blender tub dimensions are 42 inches wide by 104 inches long. The ribbon measures 38" diameter ribbon and the paddles are 12" tall located along the shaft between the ribbons.

Internal shaft diameter is approximately 8 inches. Mixer is a combination of a double ribbon and paddle combination. Paddles are 9“x 9“ and are adjustable in pitch. Paddles are ¼” thick. Ribbon is seal welded type of welding and the blades are 3/8” inch thick by 1.5”. Double ribbon design. Mixer has 12 paddles

Height from bottom of leg to top of blender is 53 inches x 48” wide top cover. Unit has an 8" diameter inlet and a 16" x 16" outlet with air actuated gate. Cover has two hinged access doors. Door size is 36 inches wide by 27 inches from edge of blender top to hinge. Cover doors have stops the doors open. The blender currently has no drive, just a drive shaft with half a splined coupling.

Shaft has external outboard bearings and packing glands. The blender is designed so that end panels can be removed on each end and the shaft and rotating structure and be lifted up and out.

Cover has two hinged access doors 24“ x 31“ and a center panel that you can unbolt. No drive.
