Krauss Maffei Conical Dryer, Model TMD 0.25/160 Titus-Mixer-Dryer, constructed from stainless steel 1.4571 (316Ti).

This unit features a working pressure of 3 Bar (43.5 PSI) (vacuum possible), jacket working pressure of 6 Bar (87 PSI), and a capacity of 380 Liters (useful capacity 250 Liters).

The cone measures 1016mm (40in) in diameter and 1066mm (42in) in height, with a dished top and a jacketed mixing screw (6 Liters).

Powered by a 4.0 kW and 1.5 kW motor, 380 Volt (explosion-proof), and a jacket volume of 96 Liters. It operates at a maximum temperature of 165Deg. C and has a 150mm (6in) bottom outlet.

Manufactured in 1995, the dryer is mounted on a frame, includes switchgear, and is ATEX compatible.
