Features all stainless steel blender meeting FDA and USDA requirements, rated for 62 cubic/ft total capacity and 45 cubic/ft working capacity, 36" wide x 72" long x 46" deep blending chamber, full cover with 24" wide bolt down central bridge with two 26.5" hinged covers from central bridge, requires 15/20 horsepower motor to belt drive Dodge TD 825 on shaft gear reducer for final blending speed of 38 RPM, sanitary type e shaft packing seals with no tools disassembly feature, 7.5" x 7.5" center bottom discharge, contouring air operated slide valve required with 30" floor clearance. Formerly in cheese processing.
