Description

Will-Flow 200 Gallon Agitated Kettle with Jacketed U-trough, jacket rated for 50 PSI @ 300 degrees F.

Trough measures 28in wide x 60in long x 30in deep with hinged lid and 4in diameter bottom side outlet.

Agitator includes stainless steel paddle agitators with scrapers, welded to common shaft.

Discharge is piped to Waukesha Size 060 positive displacement pump with 2-1/2in diameter threaded inlet/outlet, driven by approximately 5 HP motor, serial number 256994. Includes vari-speed control.

Will-Flow serial number 51306, National Board number 5643.

Also includes 4in diameter x 48in long electrically heated inline heat exchanger mounted on side of trough.

Last used in bakery industry.
