    Used Martin 36" ribbon blender and paddle blender auger, ribbon blender and paddle mixer, Approximate inside dimensions: 18ft 4" long x 37" wide X 46"+-,

    Ribbon screw specs:
    ribbon diameter 36" X 17’-7” long (mild steel), ½” THK, 36” pitch, RH, 5” wide ribbon screw w/1 ¼” posts mounted on 8" SCH. 80 pipe. 3 bolt drilling at both ends for 4-15/16” dia. shaft, fights to be welded to post to pipe w/ ½” THK. AR 400 bolted wear shoes screw to have 18 adjustable paddles – paddles have bolt on ½” thick AR-400 wear plate, ribbon spacing 36", tail shaft and drive end shaft dia. 4-15/16, bottom of trough lined with plastic/UHMW.,

    Drive Specs: 75HP @ 18 RPMDrive
    75HP motor 230/460 V. with Faulk 2100FZ3 class 2 reducer- 45RPM output, can provide test run video, complete MFG. drawing and specs available upon request, more photos available request.
