Description

This mixer is constructed of 304 stainless steel product contact. Designed to mix or blend dry, free flowing, non-cohesive, low abrasive solids with a bulk density of 75 pounds per cubic foot. Double spiral ribbon design that has smoothly ground and high polished finish on all internal surfaces.

Hinged top dust cover with installed supports for safety grating

Bottom, centered discharge installed with 6in ODautomated slide gate valve

A 20HP inline gearmotor (220/440VAC, 60Hz, 3ph).

Current ribbon speed = 35 RPM.

Chain reduction drive with complete three piece guard.

20in tall structural steel stand and service access platform to the mixer cover
