Description

All stainless steel sanitary twin ribbon blender by hobart, model bl-20 g, serial # 194271. Features 44 cubic foot capacity, (mfg capacity rating 2000 lb. Batch size), mixing chamber is food grade polished 48" wide x 60" long x 32" depth, 9' diameter center screw discharge/mixer function with 54" floor clearance, 8 ' high to top of mixer, mounted in ss frame with four stainless steel interconnected legs with floor pads, blender and screw are chain driven by 15 horsepower lesson motor with gear reducer, 230/460/3 phase voltage, 20/40 amps, 60 hz, all mixer shafts have packing gland type seals, screw has air operated hinged discharge cover, ribbons show some bending which does not rub or affect operation, factory controls have twin nema 3 magnetic starters in 4 x ss enclosure for forward/reversing of screw, oad 7' long x 52" wide x 8' high. Formerly used in cheese manufacturing.
