    Description

    80 cubic foot capacity, fully jacketed, stainless steel double ribbon blender. Mixing chamber 36" x 9' x 44" deep, 6" bottom end discharge with pneumatically operated spherical valve flanged connection to 12" diameter stainless steel sleeve discharge, 15 horsepower motor belt driving dodge size td8a on shaft gear reducer, motor mounts under blender and includes belts and guards, blender is fully jacketed with sta-bolt type carbon steel jacket, packing gland shaft seals, two piece hinged stainless steel cover with inspection door and dust outlet, full length internal spray bar with 9 atomizing spray nozzles mounted on pipe with central feed and capped ends should other configuration be needed, includes original stand, 63" discharge height when erected on stand (< 4" with discharge sleeve removed). Formerly used in branded cosmetic manufacturing.
