Description

Stainless Steel Double ribbon mixer, trough measures 45in wide x 96in long X 50in deep, approximately 100 cubic-feet capacity.

Includes 6.5in diameter shaft with double ribbon assembly. Inner ribbon dimensions: 2in wide x 1/2in thick. Outer ribbon dimensions: 2-5/8in wide x 1/2in thick.

Trough includes 6in diameter center bottom discharge.

Driven by approximately 50 HP, 230/460V, 3-phase, 60 Hz, 1750 RPM motor with gear reducer through v-belt assembly.

Mounted on mild steel angle iron legs.

Manufactured by Custom Stainless Equipment Company, model number 4596R. Includes start and stop control box. Last mixing substrates for mushroom production.
