Used Scott Ribbon Blender, 120 Cubic Feet

MODEL 608 RIBBON MIXER, 60” x 96”, 120 cu. ft. of mixing capacity.

CONSTRUCTION: Endplates are 1/4” plate with a 1/4” mixer tub. All welded construction with 304 stainless steel provided on tub and endplates. Exterior of mixer finished with Food Grade Steel-It. Interior of mixer finished with an 80 grit finish.

RIBBON AGITATOR: 304 stainless steel construction, Solid main shaft with 3/4” x 1 1/2” outer flighting and 3/8” thick x 3” wide inside flighting welded to 1 1/2” support posts. One helix of outer flighting will be slightly recessed to reduce friction.

MANIFOLD: N/A.

COVER: Solid bolt on top over. Inlet size and location to be determined.

SHAFT SEALS: Air purge packing gland seals with Teflon packing and (1) UHMW lantern ring

DISCHARGE: 12” Salina Vortex Slide gate. Includes solenoid valve filter-regulator-lubricator and limit switches.

BEARINGS: Set outboard with heavy-duty 3 15/16” pillow block ball bearings on drive end of mixer and 3 7/16” on idle end of mixer.

DRIVE ASSEMBLY (A Class II Rating): FINAL MIXER SPEED … 12 RPM

20 HP V-Belt drive with 304 stainless steel guard.

20 HP Dodge TA8407H40 shaft mount type 1.42-service factor on reducer.

20 HP TEFC motor. 3 phase 575 volt with carbon steel motor mount.
