Description
Two stainless steel 23in dia x 19in deep mixing pots. Metering pump system with strainer and electric heater for resin temperature control mix pots are mounted on electric rotation drive units with stationary plow mixers that are manually moved onto a load cell platform for precise material loading. Mix pot units are positioned on the 32in W X 48in L platform scale via a traveling conveyor section approximately 12ft long.

Unit specifications: temperature controlled resin, user determines resin temperature from 70-140 deg. F, digital readouts to indicate resin and heating fluid temperature, resin dispensing 20 lbs per minute with load cell accuracy, fill dispensing 50 lbs per minute with load cell accuracy, maximum batch size 500 lbs per bowl, digital readout to indicate grams of catalyst based on resin lbs and catalyst ratio, user friendly control panel for entering batch size and ingredient ratios, totalizer for tracking material totals and individual ingredient usage at chosen interval, manual or auto operation selector switch, temperature ready indicator and switch to insure resin is at desired temp before machine will start. 240v 3ph 60 amp power requirement.
