Laboratory double cone blender by Paul O. Abbe, model RCB 18, serial #A 48285.

Features all stainless steel construction, 1.7 cubic foot total capacity and 1.1 cubic foot working capacity, shell is 18" diameter x 18" deep with flat closed bottom and single 6" charging and discharge port with tri clamp connection and 6" cap with clamping ring, blender is directly driven by 1.2 horsepower Reliance "duty master" motor @ 1725 RPM with right angle gear reducer @ 28.83 to 1 ratio, motor is 208-230/460 volt 3 phase and operated through TB Wood AC frequency speed controller operating on 120 volt/1 phase converting to 3 phase to operated blender motor, factory control panel is housed in stainless steel, NEMA 4x, 4,12 enclosure with variable speed pot, e stop, blender tachometer, disconnect switch, stop and illuminated start button, all stainless steel frame with casters, new in 2000, 18" discharge height.

Formerly used in ethical pharmaceutical service.
