Description

Custom mixer made by Tumble Drum Industries (Click Here to View Manufacturer's Information). Made for blending dry ingredients, especially powders like baking mixes. The outer mixer barrel is 85 gal steel drum. Interchangeable inner drums (four are included) are 55 gal food-grade plastic.

Interchangeable inner drums allow for dedicated drums for different products. Simply change inner drum, rather than having to clean and dry a single drum when switching from one product recipe/formula to another.

Rectangular stainless steel screens/sieves inside the drums serve to break up any clumps as the mix tumbles. Four of these are included.

Max capacity for mixing is half full = 27.5 gallons.

Dimensions of the mixer: 68” x 63” x 80” high (with top barrel latch open).

Mixer switch and motor are explosion proof (for safety, since flour dust in the air can be explosive in certain circumstances).
