The magnetic mixing system is designed for aseptic mixing in process development and manufacturing applications. It is ideal for biopharmaceutical processes that require powerful mixing torque, such as buffer preparation, media preparation, product resuspension, and homogenization applications.

MAIN FEATURES:
Flexel for Magnetic Mixers is a non-invasive mixing unit using widely qualified Sartorius Stedim Biotech Flexel 3D bag technology, the proven stainless steel Palletank container and ATMI patented mixing technology. A stainless steel cross mounted on a pulley system allows the disposable bag to be opened for easy filling and optimal drainage. The mixing is based on a bottom mounted magnetically driven impeller capable of providing high torque mixing in large volumes of liquid. Powder transfer is facilitated by the 4-inch add port which allows direct attachment of a suspended 15L or 30L powder transfer bag to a stand. The interchangeable magnetic mixer drive unit is mobile, cart mounted and designed to interface with any Palletank. There is also an integrated weighing system with load cells with display and thermal printer.
