Description

Two independent mixing paddles, a loading system and a 500 liter container allow for fast and extremely uniform processing of about 375 kg of mix.

Two rotating arms The container can be tilted to different positions. The large diameter container ensures good rolling of the meat. A range of rotational speeds from 1 to 25 rpm allows infinite variation of each lever. The double lever system ensures even and very gentle meat processing without air pockets.

The MPR 500 can be operated with any tablet or smartphone. Recipes are created easily and everyday tasks are made easier with a more compact control interface. Your own data can be securely stored using cloud-based software.

The shape of the mixing arm is designed to handle delicate products. The rotating scraper ensures that the surface of the container is perfectly clean. Nothing is left untreated: everything stays in the mix.

The powerful cooling unit feeds coolant directly into the perfectly insulated container. This ensures very fast temperature regulation and very precise adaptation to any temperature requirements. Optionally, the cooling unit can operate as a pump and supply heat up to 80°C.

The vacuum can be reached quickly or slowly depending on the product. Users can choose the exact setting within a control range of 0 to 95% vacuum. A supply pipe installed directly inside the container's cooling jacket ensures that only cooled air enters the drum. As a result, frequent aeration does not affect the container temperature.

The automatic, push-button positioning of the container and container lid allows the feed to be integrated with a standard 200 liter cart. Filling takes only a few seconds and emptying takes less than a minute. Changing the drum angle during the program guarantees optimal results.
