Planetary type bowl mixer by Vari Mixer (Denmark), model W 100, serial # 9818050001. Features 100 quart capacity, stainless steel mixing bowl with polished finish, 22" diameter  x  24" deep, aluminum beater type blade, power bowl lift with integrated safety allowing only fully raised bowl operation, bowl carrier includes gripping feature with arms closing slightly in full position,  factory MK-IV programable control system with touch sensitive controls and E stop, top stainless cover hinge mounted allowing full opening for service, 4 horsepower, 208/220/ 3 phase voltage, 12.7 amps, machine weight 837 lbs., mounted on factory stand, manual and powered speed control (requires manual handle and new speed control motor), side mounted accessory drive (meat choppers etc), painted cast metal.  Aluminum mixing bowl stand also included. Formerly used in food ingredient manufacturing.
