Includes an air/oil supply tank, and hydraulic lift cylinder to raise and lower agitators from mix can.

Mix Can 29.5inHg Vacuum, 15psig cooling/heating jacket.

Agitation and homogenization system consists of two (2) independently driven top-entering agitator/ driven by 3HP TEFC inverter-duty motor for operation on 230/460VAC, 3-phase, 60Hz.

Heavy-Duty 316 SS anchor design with triangular blade cross section.

High Speed Disperser, driven by 5HP TEFC inverter-duty motor for operation on 230/460VAC, 3-phase, 60Hz.

Independent stand-alone NEMA Control Panel; includes control keypads for drives with start/stop, speed control, speed display, Emergency Stop, digital temperature readout, cycle timer, control power, etc.

Offered with Ross Model AEC 48 KW electric heater for heating of jacket, model TCU100U, seraial number 36D0557, 230-volt, 1 HP, 150 PSI max pressure.
