Includes mechanical lift system for hood. Does not include boiler or heat exchanger.

    I'd like to learn more about this oven. thanks. The only info we can get from unit is the following: Heat & Control Inc So. San Francisco Food Process Equipment This unit does not have nameplate data. Previous Use: Hot Gravy. Last used 2004. Heat source was an external heat exchanger, not included. Temp range: 0-210 deg f, Speed is 14 RPM.
