Description

Entire bottling line for sale was previously used for bottling seasonings. The line does NOT come with an automatic capping machine. We had a worker putting caps on manually and were running at a speed of completed bottles coming off the line every 3 to 4 seconds filling to about 380 grams each bottle.

This line is great for BBQ seasonings. The filler currently setup to fill bottles also comes with the parts to work as a manual bag filler and sealer along with a vertical conveyor.

The line consists of the following:
- 4' entry table
- Hopper Feeder
- Automatic filling machine (can be used for filling bags or bottles)
- Conveyor with bottle tapper
- Metal detector with conveyor and auto kick-off
- Induction sealer
- SoJet lot code/date code printer
- Automatic label machine
- 4' collection table
- Box sealer (tape top and bottom) machine (manually pack box and manually feed box into machine)

EXTRAS
- Parts for bag sealing to convert filler to fill bags.
- Miscellaneous parts and tools.
- Several screw auger sizes for filling machine.
