Dott. Bonapace automatic suppository line.

Max line speed 6,000 suppositories per hour. BP-10 filling machine (year 2004) which utilises pre-formed containers in a reel. Dosing group with single nozzle. Dosing range adjustable from 0 to 3.5cc with micrometric increments of 0.10cc. Jacketed hopper with temp range from 30 to 85°c. No container no fill. All 316L stainless steel contact parts.

Cooling unit for suppository's. BP-11 sealing coding and cutting machine (year 2011, serial no: 11201108). Sealing performed by impulse heating. Temperature stabilisation of sealing jaws. Sealing temperature adjustable by 6 different positions. Coding of containers by embossing during the sealing.

Automatic trimming of top edge of containers after sealing operation and cutting in strips of a pre-set number. TC-03 coding and cutting machine (year 2013, serial no: TC201301). Spare parts include: BP-11 trimming blades/cutting blades; BP-10 filling head; TC-03 printing rolls/heating elements.

The line has been previously used to fill suppositories of 1.1g and vaginal ovules of 3g with production output of 5,000 single suppositories per hour.
