    Description

    - Unit is a 16 head AVE Unibloc rotary rinser, filler, capper to fill aprox 55 BPM.

    - Unit is in excellent condition and all food side components crafted in Stainless steel. Very low hours at only 240 hrs, last filling cold pressed juice.

    - Currently tooled to neck grip PET bottles with 38MM DBJ closure. Unit is neck gripper for easy setup and changeover to various bottle size, unit is debugged for 8oz, 12.2oz, 16oz and 33.8 oz round and square PET bottle.

    - Also have tooling for 25.5mm bastard thread PET bottle.
    HEPA, positive pressure Unibloc, UV light sterilizer, fully integrated CIP system for entire unibloc as well as rinser, filler and capper nozzles.

    - Rinser includes precision metering pump.

    - Unit included cap conveyor as well.

    - Inflow conveyor is Included and is a pneumatic neck gripper with integrated sanitary air blower for easy setup and changeover. Outflow conveyor standard chain conveyor taking filled bottles just outside machine.

    - Machine was setup with unused PACE M400 Bottle Descrambler that can be included as well.

    - KW 115 - V400 - HZ60
    AVE is an Italian machine and their UK office has helped us most recently setup the machine. They can help any new installation with ease.
