    Description

    Automated Packaging Systems Accu-Count Advantage parts/batch counter for automated bagging machines. Machine has been completely gone through and tested for proper operation. There is a missing 2 inch skiver(inside vibratory bowl) that can be seen in the third photo that has been ordered and will be shipped with machine. I have installed a new air regulator. Operators/parts manual, adjustable leveling feet, and parts dispenser/bucket are included as well.

    These machines sell for well over $20,000 new. We guarantee machine to be in working condition.

    Machine Description:
    The Accu-Count Advantage is a stand alone unit capable of operating continuously, or manually, releasing one batch each cycle. The counter is used to count and separate a bulk supply of product into individual batches. The batches are then dispensed into an automatic bagging machine.

    An optional supply hopper is available (included in this auction) that dispenses bulk supply parts into the vibratory bowl.

    Intended Use of this Machine:
    This unit is intended for counting and batching packaging products into bagging units purchased from Automated Packaging Systems.
    To avoid variations in machine performance use poly bags available from Automated Packaging Systems.
    Bag size, product size, and accessories used in conjunction with the machine will affect the machine performance.

    Autobag Accu-Count is capable of detecting product from .125" in diameter, .125" to 2.5" in length and up to 2" wide. The system is available with multiple bowl configurations, allowing the flexibility to run different part variations.
