1 each Masselli refractometer (brix meter) – 20K new
1 each filter strainer – 2K new
Multiple - Chicago stainless temperature and pressure gauges – 2K new
Multiple – auto/air actuated shut off and divert valves – 10K new
Multiple – fittings, clamps, manual valves, etc. – 2K new

No control panel and no balance tank

Approximately 125K worth of items if they were new today.

Original configuration -CAPACITY: To heat 70 GPM of Juice with small particulates from 60ºF to 185ºF using 200ºF water, hold for 30 seconds, trim cool to 165ºF using 80ºF tower water, and rerun cool from 200ºF to 100ºF using 80ºF tower water.

Changes - Added additional holding tubes in addition to existing holding tubes (extra hold time)modified, new (before the unit was ever used), the hot fill arrangement and added regeneration tubes – for a regeneration system. The current set up is 35 gpm using regeneration – where the product is taken from ambient temperature, heated up to a top temp of 200 degree F., then held for 1-4 minutes (adjustable hold tube) and finally cooled down to 75-80 degree F. this system is easily converted back to hot fill by changing piping at the manifold section of the triple tube heat exchangers.

The pasteurizer was in service for one year only for making juices. It was purchased new, used for one year and has been stored in-door until now. I am needing to sell the equipment now.
