    MGS RPP-2210 2-Head Rotary Topserter with Nordson 3400 Hot Melt Unit and sanitary SS table top conveyor.

    Steelite Stainless Steel painted frame on wheels with leveling feet
    A 5' x 4" TT chain sanitary raised bed conveyor is positioned under the unit.
    Adjustable insert hopper is 4' long. Maximum insert is approximately 7.5" wide and possibly 6" high. Magnetically interlocked door at feed area. 2 indexing cylinders over the conveyor, 1 to hold back bottle flow and one to stop bottle for insert placement. 4 banner sensors, 1 each for low inserts, bottle spacing, glue application and pamphlet placement. The conveyor, glue system and vacuum generator are all controlled by the unit. conveyor needs a plug to connect to the MGS unit.

    Nordson is complete with hose and H200 style glue gun. Red, amber, and green status stack light.
