Designed for fast, even batch cooling or heating from fully dimple jacketed stainless steel table with polished food grade finish, 36in x 96in with hinged 3/4in slab bars on all four sides, 3,260 square inches of heating/cooling surface, mounted on six interconnected ss legs with threaded leveling feet, carbon steel dimple jacket rated for 100 PSI with four lane flow pattern across heat transfer surface. Sold with jacket pressure tested. Formerly used in prepared foods.
