DESCRIPTION:
Machine for the packaging of products in bottles with alternate mechanical movement and electrical control via PLC. Automatic machine for insertion of micropump dispensers and capping. It is designed to handle a wide range of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. Highly flexible and designed with constructive modularity these machines are very well known for their robustness and reliability.

The bottles to close arriving from the filling machine are fed by the conveyor belt and are inserted into the transporting element and then come under the pickup station and pre-screwing of the micropump. Then the bottles arrive at the pump and cap screwing station. The machine is equipped with integral protection caps.
Main parts of the machine: pick and place handling unit and capping station, screw assembly, vibrating pump feeder.
